I think you're talking about a 2009 or newer Z4
3.5i (not "350") correct? The 2009+ Z4s are all hardtop convertibles, and prior to that the Z4 came in a coupe or a soft top roadster configuration....If so, this is the wrong forum (this is for the previous version of the Z4). The forum I think you want (Z4 3.5i) is

Regardless, Roffle Waffle (see post 46) has answered the questions about winter tires which would be applicable the current or prior versions of the Z4.
