Thank you all for your feedback. Changed out the transmission fluid today. Decided to go with RP synchromax from all the positive feedback here - WOW, what a difference! The 2nd gear notchy-ness/grind I had previously is gone now (just from my first drive after the change today). Gear changes are "buttah" smooth now - couldn't be happier with it
