Your fronts will clear no problem with 245/35/19's, but I wouldn't try anything wider with that size/offset wheel. The rears I would try 265/35/19's first. If that clears, then upgrade to 275's next time around.
Since you're not lowered yet, 275's might fit fine, but once you're lowered (even slightly), you'll get rubbing with 275's I'm pretty sure.

I'm going off of judgment from my own personal set of wheels, which are sized 19x8.5 +30 fronts & 19x10.5 +22 rears. And I'm running 245/35/19 fronts with some rubbing on the fender well (black plastic) lining, along with 275/30/19 rears with some rubbing on the lining as well. I'm slightly lowered on coilovers, but only mild lowering. I've also got the rear fenders rolled a tiny bit as well. Still rubs on very big bumps or if I load my suspension and hit a bump in the road, etc.
If I have a passenger in the car, it's also easier to rub, even though it's only slightly.
