One thing though, I've never removed the front bumper off of our cars, is it hard, easy? Anything i should look out for or be careful about?

I don't know how experienced you are with hands-on work, but honestly the hardest part about the bumper removal is pounding in the little rivets in the wheel well, and actually pulling the sides off from the headlight area (as previously stated, the plastic mounting tabs are very fragile). Other than that, it's just the seven torx bolts up top, accessed judt under the hood.
