Clunking Sound from Passenger Side

I have been noticing this weird clunk usually when turning and going over a bump, but it's hard to pin point exactly what aggravates it. It sounds rubbery to me almost as if you were to smack a tire. First time I thought maybe I hit something on the road with the tire but then it continued to happen. Seems to be coming from the passenger side but I'm not sure if its front or rear.

I have checked the front braces and they appear to be tight, however not sure how to check the rear or what else it could be. I looked at the suspension but to my untrained eye I did not see anything out of the ordinary.

Any ideas?
