Is there any reason to NOT run a square setup on the street?
I’d like to run a 255 tyre all ‘round but suspect that wouldn’t fit on the front without body work and/or serious alignment settings?

It all depends on the offset of the wheel. My square set up has a 22mm offset which requires a lot of camber to get that 265 to fit with no bodywork. The staggered set I run an 11mm on the rear and a 5mm spacer on the front to get the stance correctly with no additional alignment needs.
