It's not a mechanical issue. The gearbox is solid and the forces have no effect on the gears and shifting forks inside the box. It's a matter of a driver not picking up the tactile feedback that the gearbox provides. That's what you should use to find the gears.
And if a gear is grinding, another bushing isn't going to change the synchro-mechanism in the box itself. You should refurb your gearbox (or replace by a better one) or double clutch or adjust the rev range.
If you're trying to fix that with another stiffer bushing, you don't know how gearboxes work. (nofi of course)
