Don't do it! I took a quick look at the information on this product and I think it would not perform on a convertible top with any satisfaction. Neverwet is a film forming product that coats the surface onto which it is applied rather than penetrating fibers and yarns. That would work well on awnings or fabrics that aren't constantly flexing, but the movement in a top would probably "crack" the coating. It also could change the appearance of the top.

Stick with products like 303 or Raggtopp. I usually get at least 6 months of good protection from either. That's a small price to pay for those days (which I define as above 55F and not raining!) when the top is down.
