ZPOST - View Single Post - Anyone with Non-M car, M bumper, & Rho-Plate?

I have an 03 (non-M) with an M bumper. Trying to figure out which Rho plate I need (the non-M or the M). I'm assuming it's the M version, but I'd like to be sure. Anyone have any experience with this?
