I agree with Mirko, drop the cans then take section 1 and Xpipe off in one piece.

When assembling DKF on the shop floor keep the pipes level (level across the parallel pipes all the way through including Xpipe) when bolting up otherwise the offset S pipes will not line up properly.

Snug the racing clamps up tight so that nothing moves while putting the system back on the car.
Bolt everything up just snug and check alignment.
Racing clamps can be loosened and rotated if you didn't get alignment correct.
Tighten everything STARTING with the racing clamps, then do them again after all others are tightened.
Tighten them as much as you can. I clamped the shite out of mine (used the armstrong torque wrench so don't know a torque #)
Also, if not using the EGT or O2 bungs be sure to tighten the cap and plugs.
The leak that Caddy had was due to the EGT cap falling off.
