Is there a dashpot built in to the pulleys that come stock with the car, or is there some extra damping treatments added to them to help with vibration? Or does no-one really understand vibrations and just spout out crap they heard from someone else?
i dont know how to engineer one i just know that the celica had a built in dampener built into the crank pulley and its there to help counterbalance the harmonics front the crank.
People that switched to the solid/aftermaket ones there was something like 60% of them had oil pump failure.

I havnt had the Z long enough to know everything about the engine and parts yet but ill get there
