That will let me get very close to a square setup to use at the track or will this cause me to throw codes and had ABS issues?
Our cars (2006) use the ABS sensors to monitor any relative change between revolutions across wheels to provide a tire pressure warning system - IIRC its > 15% sets off the low pressure warning. The key to mix and matching tires, beyond fit to rims and wheel wells, is to maintain no greater than a 3% delta between revolutions over a fixed distance mile/kilometre. In addition its recommended by the tire industry and installers alike to not mount different sets (brands, ratings, tread pattern etc.) front to rear.
