Is due to the rear suspension design which places the spring midway the control arm effectively increasing the lever arm. As is it is very balanced in terms of ride frequencies.

You need a bit higher frequency at the rear to equalize the suspension motion as car goes over bumps, the rear wheels need to catch up with the fronts.
