Currently I'm running hre r43 wheels. 18x9.5 et 26 front and 18x10 et 22 rear. Currently running continental dw in 265/35/18 all around. I've run 275 nitto nt01's and 275 conti grand am slicks on them as well in the past. Suspension is now airlift performance series air suspension, running -2.8 camber, 8.0 caster, near zero toe in front. Rear is -1.8 and again very little toe. Handles really well on the street as well as track although for the track I prefer another degree of negative camber.
As far as how low... being air I can literally tuck the wheels if I'd like to. But I run it with about 1" of wheel gap.
