I'm gathering info to get this done on my 03/06 built z4MR with 28k miles.

1. Do I have all the pats I need?
2. Best place to purchase as a kit if avail.?
3. There is no way I can do this so I will rely on my Indy. How many hours should this take?
4. Looking at getting my valves adjusted while it's opened up.
