For normal street driving, neither are necessary and will rarely be noticed if lacking. In order to notice the difference, the car must be driven beyond 80%.
The camber plates make a huge difference and were the first mod but will result in excessive inside ft tire wear when used on the street for extended periods.
The stb made some difference over 80% and has no negatives.
