I don't know what stage 2 cost...as it hasn't been released yet for our cars. Call Roman. My car was used for testing for proto type of vt1 and 2 and they had my car for 4 months. My price isn't an accurate indicator of what the actual price will be. The E46 M3 VT2 kit is out and it's price is on the web site. I think the Z4M is always more expensive because of poor demand and fabrication cost. Pricing questions should be directed to Roman. Cheers
