Thanks again, everyone! It seems that Pilot Super Sports win the day for my needs, although I was almost swayed back to the Conti DW's when I saw that they're on sale at TireRack... then I realized the 245/40's are on backorder (and have been since Feb. of 2012...?!?!?).

One more question on tire size, the wheels (18x8.5 and 18x10) currently have 235/40 and 265/35 tires (Hankook V12) but they almost look a bit stretched on the rear rims to me? I'm planning to buy 245/40 and 275/35 but is there any reason to consider the narrower setup?
