If anyone has anything good on a number plate the resale is always over $10k, $20-80k for richer/successful related plates (like F430 or "Lawyer"). Then you have original issued plates starting at Q1 (for Queensland 1) which go for crazy amounts.
Why plates became so highly valued here is beyond me. Most of the plates are worth more than the cars.
