19s are highly optimistic. I think your numbers sound good, but will depend on if the seller is ready to take a 3k hit below what he thinks it's worth. You have to also weigh factors like number of previous owners, maintenance records, general gut for the owner, etc. If the fender bender shows up on the Carfax be prepared to explain when you sell it later.
