But if I say my lights are fine (w/ picture) wouldn't the cop just say, I saw they were yellow obviously cop word > my word right? Or do you mean like before my scheduled court day, go in and see a judge and tell him what's up ? I'm just worried doing that he'll say okay well we'll see your argument vs cops in a later date then I'm stuck with the "my headlights were never yellow argument" right? Does anyone know if its a moving violation? i.e: point on DMV or no point?
