You'd really have to figure out where it's rubbing to determine the fix. Try looking in the fender well and see if you can see 'clean' areas. My guess would be to look at the front portion of the fender liner, close to where the bumper and fender liner meets. My stock wheels rubbed at this portion when lowered and required some trimming.
