FWIW I don't have an RPI exhaust, but mine's just as loud. I'm glad to hear that it absorbs vibrations as ever since installing it, my Nav screen especially will rattle from time to time, as a few other bits I haven't pinpointed. As most of my driving is relatively short trips, I don't mind the exhaust, and when I'm taking a longer overnight trip, the trunk is filled with a duffel bag of clothes, jackets, and other random shit, which really helps absorb the noise when I want it the least - cruising for a long period of time. Anyway I'll post my impressions later tonight or tomorrow
