M models come with factory brake ducts but my scientific data tells me they're about 5% as functional as this lol. M models have ducts that basically point to the front of the tire which will have 0 impact on preventing brake fade. I'm sure there are others but the models that come to mind with functional brake ducts from factory are Mustang 302 Laguna Seca and Porsche GT3/RS.
