Dealer replaced my bolts under warranty with the same bolts. No issue since the replacement. It was replaced around 30k and upgraded to Motorsport bolts when changing engine mount at 65k. It was nice and tight when I performed the upgraded bolts. You should not have problem, but upgrade the bolts for a piece of mind in the future.
