Not at all, this is probably one of the most conservative drops you can get. BMW Performance shocks paired with Dinan springs. I only went with Dinan springs over the BMW Performance yellow springs because they're slightly stiffer but both are advertised as 1/2" drop over stock M-sport. I daily the car in the NJ/NY/CT area and I never bottom out.

Yeah, sounds crazy. Maybe it's been extra cold out so your tire PSI is dropping lower than expected, allowing the sidewall to fold over? Best of luck man, let us know how it goes.
