I can attest that the ZHP shift knob does NOT help the issue. If anything, it exacerbates it because it creates a shorter lever requiring more effort for each shift. I've had the ZHP in for several weeks. I put the OEM shift knob back in last weekend and I actually think while the shifts are slightly longer that they are slightly smoother and require less effort. I like the shorter shifts but I'm not sure if the ZHP is going back in or not.
