Couple questions: Is the filter oiled or dry? Did you really notice any marginal increase in power? Is the installation a direct swap, or is there some modification involved?

It's a dry filter. There is some MINOR modifications needed. You'll need to drill a hole in to the bottom of your stock box and rivet in a plate that redirects the airflow. The bottom of the plate is riveted to the stock bottom, and the top is clipped to the edge of the box. It's very easy to install. It took me 30 min to install it. This was my very first time installing it and just following the Dinan instructions.
I have the installation instructions and will include those with sale.
The intake uses the stock bottom of your airbox but replaces the top half and filter.
Power increase? Butt dyno says yes. Engine noise sounds awesomer. Yes. Awesomer.
