Somewhat (still a work in progress)- I used Mister Rodgers thread here (Thanks MR)- it leads to his R&R thread http://www.zpost.com/forums/showthre...ghlight=bumper
Note: the bolts in step 4 of the R&R are Torx bolts not hex.

Couple things on the conversion:
1. The expanding rivets that hold the wheel shrouds to the bumper turned out to be "Blind, Non-reusable" http://www.ecstuning.com/Search/07147172274/ES17028/
While I could have ordered these then I would need the proper tool to put them in and they dont fit any of the heads on my rivet gun(diameter is to big). So I'm gonna order a few of these and see if they work - http://www.ecstuning.com/ES2091812/
2. The covers (# 6 in the picture) that attach to the wheel shrouds and the bumper dont fit the "M" bumper well and they dont allow the bumper to bolt on at the bottom. The Bumper is still secure but I need attachment points for the MStache that is coming shortly. So Im gonna try the "M" ones. http://www.ecstuning.com/ES129347/ and http://www.ecstuning.com/ES129348/
3. The pop up covers for the headlight washers need to be attached somehow. I used 3M Super Strength Moulding Tape. I used the 1/4" width roll. Seems to work very well so far. I cleaned everything with isopropyl first. Applied Tape to the covers, rolled it flatter with a flathead screwdriver before removing the red seal. CAREFULLY trimmed the excess tape that overhangs. Did a test fit before pulling the tape seal. NOTE: be careful when placing the cover on - it will FALL INTO the hole and DROP to the BOTTOM of the bumper . IF this happens go in through the wheel shroud, pull the brake duct out and you can get the missing part. Dont ask how I know, LOL. Then last clean the bumper one more time with alcohol and pull the seal on the tape, position and push down firmly for a minute or so. LET the tape sit for a day before driving. THis also works well for the reflectors too.
4. Last I ended up with the same gap (bottom engine shroud is not long enough) MR talks about in his DIY. When my buddy drops by for dual Mstache day, I may get try his shroud to see if this does the trick. Its not that big a deal but just one of those naggy things.

Not a cheap mod - Money wise I ended up spending about $900
Used Bumper 250 shipped
brake ducts 90, grille 60, 35 for the washer covers, and new badge 23
paint and minor repair on the bumper 460 ( I took them the bare stipped bumper)

Still looking at another 90 for the M Covers (#6 in the pic). So I guess a cool grand all said and done. Course now I want the Mstache........... It goes on and on........ but sure looks pretty.
