Yeah, I honestly could have waited to install the 3.91, but since they quoted me such fair prices (especially for such a highly-recommended shop), I decided to just go for it.
The plan originally was to wait until I got an aftermarket LSD (was looking into getting a Quaife Helical), and get that installed while the diff was opened up, but since my car's still pretty low-mileage, it probably would've taken quite a while for the stock viscous to wear itself out.

Sucks to hear that your diff swap route didn't go smoothly =/
That's surprising, because I would've thought that that would be a safer route too?
What kind of issues did you experience?
