I found alignment can have a noticeable affect on corner weights, it all
depends on how much the alignment is changed. (even tire pressures affect
results - if you track you car you should set your tire pressures to your hot pressures)

As for the SB - you need only one adjustable link in the front and back to
properly set up your car. If not the car will not handle the same in left turns
as in right turns. Having the car behaive the same way in both directions is the
purpose of corner balancing your car with a 50/50 diagonal split.

In short to do it right and get the benefits you really need to set your corner
weights with the bars disconnected and then reconnect them and adjust the
endlink til to achieve the same readings.
