I like my TCK DA coil over suspension (500# front, 600# rear) with TCK camber/castor plates. With rebound and compression set on the soft side the ride is firm but not harsh.
A fellow track rat recently swapped his KW Club Sport suspension for the TCK setup so he could get more choice with his spring selection.
I run a GC suspension on my E30 PRO3 race car with good results.
You can't go wrong with either GC, KW, or TCK; they are all good products that have been track tested.
