I keep my OE parts, simply like many has mentioned above, I'll be able to return to stock one day. Some times, if you keep a car long enough, you might want to de-mod it. As different parts/mods become available, one might want to start fresh with a clean OE car. Drive it for a few months and plan for a new chapter.
Or just want to sell it since I don't really believe keeping it forever.
