1) If I recall correctly, the rears had the infamous valve tick noise under small undulations. But the fronts were reworked prior to my ownership and do not exhibit the same types of noises.
2) The rear shock mounts are Rogue Engineering, and use rubber bushings. At least one of which will need to be updated. I'm not sure if the RE RSMs can be used without their inverter thing, but I would replace the rubber bushing for peace of mind.
3) I do have the report (as it's the receipt for what I paid for their service). But it literally says the same thing: dynoed shocks and found to not need service
4) Cost for rebuilding is $250 per corner + shipping + any miscellaneous part(s) you may need
