I don't have any 1st hand experience, but logic would say the power loops are probably a bit quieter purely based on the piping routing. And stromung is of course quieter than the diablos and RPI's you mentioned....It is probably fairly close between stromung and SS.....your best bet may be to check the exhaust comparison thread. There are some actual sound measurements on a few different set ups
