I have 10mm spacers on the rear with 75mm studs and they fit well.
The only thing you need to watch for is thread engagement. For a properly fitting fastener (nut) the minimum number of threads exposed should be two (2) for a non-nylock fastener. For nylock fasteners (any fastener that has plastic/nylon etc. built into it), it is acceptable to have the stud/bolt flush with the end of the fastener.
