Fuel optimization, catless, raised rev limiter, and top speed removal are all automatically included. As soon as Evolve sees your modification list when you send your data, they will make the appropriate manipulations to your maps and make your own customized request ions for rev limiter, O2 readiness, etc.
Cold Start is an extra feature, but unfortunately, as of right now, I think it's only for the E46 M3. That you may have to clarify with Evolve.
