Do you mean mounting the tires onto the rims? Or simply swapping a set of wheels (tires + rims)? Tire-mounting probably costs $80~$120 depending on your location. Wheel swapping/mounting costs about $30~40 in my area, but free labor if you DIY.
If you've never swapped wheels yourself, don't let the idea overwhelm you. It's really easy and a 30 min (or less) job once you've done it a couple of times.
All you need are:
-Torque wrench + 17mm thin wall socket ($30 from tire-rack)
-power wrench/breaker bar ($8 from tire-rack)
-floor-jack ($25 from sears)
