Z4M stock rear wheel is 18 x 9 ET30
My rear wheel is 18 x 10 ET25 , with 275/35, no rub.
Your 10mm spacer on stock wheel will effectively make ~ ET20, your 275 tire would have stick out 5mm more than mine but the 9" rim squeeze the 275 more than my 10" wheel, so net may be the same as mine.
