Philadelphia is a tough town though. Even back in the old days, it was not uncommon to boo little kids at Easter Egg Hunts.

Booing little kids at Easter Egg hunts? Nice town! I wasn't actually too worried while I was taking the Garmin-directed detour through the bad part of town. Mostly I just didn't want to lose all the photos I'd taken at the prison.
Or get stabbed, or shot, or have to buy everyone in the entire neighborhood endless rounds of drinks!
