I did not when I did the original install, so I doubt it was done on the re-install. I am not having issues (yet) after the replacement pump was put in a week ago. I was getting a code for the fuel pump but no CEL on the original replacement pump.

I'd think a tune would be the resolution for being lean up top, unless you're getting ecu code or can somehow confirm that the stock wiring is insufficient
Talked to Aeromotive , given our high pressure fuel system 72 psi stock , under boost the pump needs way more power than the stock wiring provides. With a 30 amp switch and its own wiring the pump only flows 220 lpm if it's getting all the power it needs at 80 + psi . Getting 1/2 the power it needs = problems . It needs a full 13.5 v . They def rec their optional wiring harness for our application . At this point I'm checking everything in the fuel system , but this is likely the problem . Hell I may go back to a stock pump to simplify things at this point lol .
