I just swapped out the VT mounts for the BW mounts today.
Took me 10 hours!
I took the entire intake air box off, and took frequent breaks.
Also, I was uncomfortable lifting the engine high enough to clear the studs, so I lifted it just enough to get some daylight under the mounts, and then removed the brackets from the block.
And I have at least 3 oil leaks, so I spent a lot of time spritzing and wiping.
Took a couple pics of the mount with the augmented heat shield.
Plan to start a new thread on the swap and the VT mount autopsy.

the s54 is a wet engine, so many little area's it leaks from....
