I live fairly close to the dealer and was in the market for a Z4M roadster too. The cars they had (I think they had 3-4 Ms as of recently) were okay, but definitely overpriced.
I would keep looking - I did and picked up a far better car in New Jersey with far fewer miles and for much less money.
