I did a 4 hour endurance race with some co-workers once, split between 6 drivers. It was crazy. Each one of us did 2x 20 minute stints and by the end of the race, my arms were like jello and my back, my @ss, and my ribs were all sore, with bruises on my back that lasted for over a week.

It was a no-holds barred, anyone can enter type event with about 50 team entries so there was traffic everywhere, and they were gasoline powered karts on an outdoor course which is especially brutal. But we came in 12th out of 50 which isn't too bad for a first time team.

While the experience was a lot of fun, I'm not sure if I want to deal with the amount of recovery after again...
