I talked to my brother about this and he confirmed he has this problem on his VW Phaeton. Seems Run-Flat tires need to be repumped to their designated PSI rating every month or so, sometimes I can go 6 weeks before I need to, depending on how often I drive.

Do Run-Flats lose air pressure faster than non-RF tires (i.e. regular tires)?
