please jb06m don't buy these parts from ESS, they will charge you a premium when you can buy better pieces elsewhere. why are you even getting a new VT bpv valve?? its exactly the same as they old one except they've changed the way the case bolts together, it will still have the whistle you don't want.

if you want to get rid of that sound you need to change to a completely different valve.
