How many miles on it? When was the last time all the gear fluids were replaced?
I haven't had the problem. I wonder if those who do unload the motor before shifting? In other words, back off the throttle a bit first. I don't really like to rev the car in first to redline anyway. I don't do that with my bike either. It's sort of abusive ultimately.
