After 20K miles on my car, the problem seems to have gone away for the past few months...It is annoying though and tough to replicate consistently, hence the reason i was unable to have a new tranny installed by the stealership...
The problem is that the Z4M uses the Z4 3.0si transmission instead of the M3's. Makes no sense to me as to why they did that, but it is definitely a flaw.
