It can also be a pain to get KW NA to send you the right knurled studs.
First request, they sent me the same exact length I already had.
Second request, they sent the correct length but wrong size
It was not until I sent them photos of the the existing hardware with my digital caliper showing the exact measurments that they almost got it right and sent me the wrong size again
