from my past experience and many other who have told me, the phone, emails and PMs may be answered, but not in a timely manner.
No offense to you, im sure if some threads are read, you can see a lot of people who have had to wait days, mayeb even a week for a response or customer service. not trying to bash. i love ESS products. I own your handheld and possibly a supercharger in the future.
I look forward to the help when i need my new maps for the tune. I will then share the experience with other forum members to see.
